Shipping

We’ll make sure your jewellery is delivered safely and as fast as possible. Shipping policy details are listed below.

 

Shipping

• Shipping costs AU $15 for the first item. Each one after that is FREE.
• Shipping costs International is $25 and goes registered mail. (Australia Post Charges are $26 for any registered postal item – even if under 500 gm)
• Orders are dispatched immediately the funds have been cleared.
• All orders are shipped via Express Post using Australia Post..
• All items are sealed in weatherproof packaging.

Delivery Times

• Perth, Western Australia 24-48 hrs
• Regional WA & Eastern States 2-3 days
• International deliveries 5-10 days

Tracking

• A receipt with Order Number will be emailed to you after checkout.
• We email clients with their own tracking so they can check the whereabouts at any time.
• You can also view the receipt online. There’s a link in the confirmation email.

Refunds

• Please choose your items carefully …
• Goods cannot be returned if you change your mind or decide you don’t like them.
• We will refund your purchase if workmanship is obviously faulty. They must be returned at your expense and still in the original condition as when they were shipped.

Payments

• Julleen Bridal uses PayPal for all payment processing.
• You do not need to have a PayPal account. Your own credit or debit cards are fine.
• We do not collect or store your credit card information. All transactions take place on the Paypal website secure servers.
• Orders will be sent to the billing address you provide during checkout.
